Features and quantities

• WEB-PUBLIC-PAGES · Standard: five pages for one business: Home, Services, About, Questions and Contact. One language, Spanish or Catalan; up to six sections per page, six services and ten questions.
• WEB-REQUEST-CAPTURE · Simple: one Contact form with name, company, email, phone number, subject, message and privacy confirmation. One verified sender domain and one recipient in the client’s Resend account.
• WEB-PERFORMANCE · Simple: optimisation of the same set of up to fifteen supplied images.
• WEB-TECHNICAL-SEO · Simple: routes, titles and descriptions for the five existing pages.
• Up to 500 supplied words per page and 2.500 in total. Light editing within two consolidated revision rounds; finished legal texts and documents supplied as files or links.

Dependencies and options

• Brand assets, copy and images supplied with sufficient rights; the client’s domain, environment and Resend account available, with the domain verified.
• Domain, hosting and email sending costs are listed separately. CMS, bookings, ecommerce, another language, analytics, a cookie module, full copywriting and additional designed legal pages are outside the package.
• An extension is priced according to the features and quantities it adds or changes, reusing what is already covered.

Checks and handover

• Check navigation, mobile layouts, links and journeys across the five pages; test form submission, validation and receipt by the agreed recipient.
• Check routes, titles, descriptions and image delivery; complete the two revision rounds within the agreed scope.
• Initial publication and handover of agreed files/code, access and documentation. The proposal specifies the schedule and rights.

• SYS-WORKFLOW · Simple: pending, in progress and completed; two transitions, start and finish.
• SYS-AUTHENTICATION · Simple: private access and standard account recovery for up to five accounts.
• SYS-PERMISSIONS · Simple: one manager role and nine protected operations checked on the server. One business only.

Dependencies and options

• Deployment environment and owner access; a standard identity and account recovery service identified in the proposal.
• Hosting, identity and support are listed separately where charged. AI, invoicing, migration, CSV, attachments, KPI dashboards, additional roles, other businesses and external integrations are outside the package.
• Two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope. New capabilities are priced as an extension to the same product.

Checks and handover

• Check creation, viewing, editing, search and the customer-to-job relationship; status changes and the actions included on both screens.
• Check login and recovery, account limits and permissions across all nine operations, including denial of unauthorised access.
• Initial installation and handover of agreed code, access and documentation. The proposal specifies the schedule, rights and support.

• SYS-WORKFLOW · Simple: one Trello board with three lists, pending, in progress and completed, and two transitions.
• SYS-EXTERNAL-INTEGRATION · Standard: Tally, Trello and Holded API v2; three adapters, nine Trello operations and two mappings. One Holded account, one existing invoice series and existing customers uniquely identified by NIF/CIF.
• SYS-RULE-AUTOMATION · Advanced: an n8n workflow with persistence and order–card–draft–notification correlation. One service line per order, in EUR. On completion, prepare a Holded draft with automatic approval disabled.
• SYS-NOTIFICATIONS · Advanced: a comment on the card asking the team to review the draft. Duplicate order checks and incident recovery; serialised writes and reconciliation of uncertain writes before retrying.

• Staff access configured in the native tools; Holded API permissions to create drafts, automatic approval disabled, a persistent n8n environment and agreed Trello members.
• Licences, hosting, usage and support are listed separately. Multiple lines, automatic customer creation, free-form email interpretation, AI, stock, payment collection, automatic invoice issue/sending and other providers or destinations are outside the package.
• One business and one language, Spanish or Catalan. Two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope; exportable workflows and operating documentation.

Checks and handover

• Check the complete order, card creation and tracking, completion, draft preparation and team notification, without approving, issuing, sending or collecting payment for the invoice.
• Check duplicate orders, incomplete data, missing or ambiguous customers, connection failures and uncertain draft-creation responses, without blind retries or duplicate documents.
• Hand over the configuration, workflows and documentation needed to operate and recover the process. The proposal specifies the schedule, rights and support; external tools retain their own licences.
