Each plan covers one website, even if it has several pages. An informational website presents your business, services and contact options, including forms or WhatsApp. If it also has bookings, purchases or customer accounts, the plan needs to cover those journeys too.

An update to content or settings, such as replacing text, an image or opening hours. It does not add pages or new functionality. Unused monthly changes do not roll over; if you need more, add a one-off change or a pack of five.

An action your customer takes from start to finish: sending an enquiry and checking it arrives, booking an appointment or completing a purchase. We agree which existing journeys to check within your plan’s allowance.

Consistency checks are included in the Consistency and Active plans. Any updates needed use the plan’s change allowance. Correcting an error in our own work does not use your allowance.

Yes, as an extra. Another website for the same business shares the plan’s change and journey allowances; it does not double them. Additional Google locations can be added to Consistency or Active.

That depends on how it is built and hosted. We review its technology and apply the appropriate backups and updates. A website with a content manager, plugins or stored data needs different care from a static website.

We record the checks and changes we carry out. With Essential and Consistency, you can request a report. Active includes a monthly report.

It covers the checks and changes included in your plan. If an issue needs a repair outside that scope, we quote for it first. Priority determines the order in which we handle requests; it does not provide a guaranteed emergency service.

You pay those providers separately. Before starting, we identify which services your website needs.
